DBA: Course Structure

The DBA is structured into three modules where each consists of at least one research-in-progress workshop where the candidates must make a presentation and answer constructive questions from co-supervisors and other candidates.

The modules are:

1. Research Proposal and Literature Review
   
   • A research proposal of about 5,000 words
   • Parent theories, conceptual framework and literature review of about 15,000 words
2. Data Collection and Analysis
   
   • Data collection and analysis of the case research, approximately 20,000 words
3. Conclusion and Submission
   
   • Conclusions and implications of the study are to submitted, approximately 10,000 words
   • The complete thesis is then revised and submitted to two external examiners, a total of approximately 50,000 words
