Overview
This core subject introduces participants to concepts and skills which would enable them create environments that foster intrapreneurial, entrepreneurial and innovative cultures in organisations. This subject also enables participants to analyse an organisation’s internal and external environments and their likely impact and to employ sound and creative concepts in forecasting possible future organisational and environmental states and associated opportunities and threats.
