How to become a TC

In order to become a TC, applicants must meet specific criteria and complete the application process.

  • Local registration and accreditation as a learning institution
  • TCs must prove their provision of adequate teaching and operational resources
  • Students are required to meet the entry criteria specific to that region

Initial checklist

  • Accreditation and application fee – AUD$ 5,000
  • Accredited with local government
  • Availability and/or ability to source qualified and experienced faculty
  • Institution established for more than 1 year
  • Commitment to course promotions
  • Adequate infrastructure including classrooms, computers, internet and printers
